Shipping Policy
At Uptown , we promise to prepare your orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment validation. Once the order is ready, it is entrusted to one of our partner carriers for shipping.
Delivery methods
We offer the following delivery options:
- Colissimo : Home delivery with tracking. Packages are generally delivered within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
- Mondial Relay : Delivery to a collection point. This delivery method allows you to collect your order from the collection point of your choice within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery area
We deliver exclusively to mainland France . Orders cannot be shipped to the French overseas departments and territories or internationally at this time.
Delivery costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of the package and the chosen shipping method. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment and included in the order summary.
Delay in delivery
In the event of a delivery delay, we invite you to check the tracking of your order via the tracking number provided by email. If the delay exceeds 10 working days, and is not due to a case of force majeure, you can contact us at contact@uptown-store.fr for a suitable solution (refund, new shipment).
Receipt of order
We recommend checking the condition of your package upon delivery. If you notice any abnormalities (damaged package, missing or damaged product), please refuse delivery or report the problem to the carrier, and contact us promptly by email.
